We loved this incredibly beautiful hotel and had a really lovely time. The location was particularly good in the middle of the city, a short walk to Anne of Cleves House. What's more, it was so close to the beautiful beach...

The hotel was poorly maintained and seemed rundown. The breakfast options were limited and unappetizing, with no fruit or bread available near the end of serving hours. The apparent lack of staffing.

Take advantage of the lovely gardens and consider a morning walk for a refreshing experience. The serene environment enhances relaxation.

The gardens at Costa Pacifica were fine and perfectly manicured. The pool area was like a little oasis, ideal for lounging after a long day. The breakfast stood out with its delicious options, almost addictively tasty. I did notice the breakfast area got crowded during peak hours, made food selection a bit chaotic. My Standard Double Room was spacious, but a few things could use an update for a more modern feel. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, really kept the room comfy. I also appreciated the covered walkways connecting the facilities. One downside was the jacuzzi tub-unfortunately, it only had cold water, disappointing. The blend of beautiful surroundings and the relaxed vibe made for a wonderful getaway, despite a few hiccups.

Staying here for 3 nights as a couple was overall a decent experience. The pool area was a highlight, offering a comfortable space to relax and enjoy the wildlife while having breakfast. The receptionist went above and beyond to help us when our car key malfunctioned, making the stay quite pleasant despite the room's need for some updates. The breakfast, while tasty, could have been a bit better in variety.

We loved it here! The pool was wonderful, everything was clean and the staff was very attentive. The beds were comfortable and the shower was the best we had in Costa Rica! It was so nice having the restaurant right there and the food and drinks were delicious. It was only a short walk to the beautiful beach where we watched the sunset and hunted for shells every evening. I want to go back!

I had a fantastic two-night stay at this place, where the spacious, newly remodeled bedroom was just a short walk from the beach and conveniently located 100 meters from the bus stop.

This hotel was modern and included a private bathroom, making for a comfortable stay.

The gardens were fine, and the pool area was perfect for relaxation. It's just a short walk to the beach, great for morning strolls. The staff were top class and super helpful. Plus, i enjoyed the sauna-it was a nice bonus.

We stayed in a Standard Double Room for 3 nights, and it was pretty cozy. The bed was comfortable, and the room felt spacious. Loved the air conditioning-it worked like a charm! Only thing was that the room could use a little more updating. But honestly, the quirky grounds and friendly staff made up for it. Plus, the breakfast was a tasty way to start each day.
